 YOLO Field Force is committed to protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application.

  • We collect real-time GPS location to track field agents for attendance and route optimization.
  • Background location is collected only when necessary for ongoing fieldwork.
  • Users can enable/disable location tracking from app settings.
  • ​Additionally, we use the ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION permission to detect the user's physical activity state (e.g., walking, still) to optimize location tracking. 
  • This helps in reducing unnecessary location updates when the device is stationary. We do not collect or process any health, fitness, or physical activity data such as steps, running, cycling, or similar activities.

C. Device Information

  • Device ID, OS version, and network status for app performance monitoring.

D. Storage and Files

  • The app may request access to storage to save scanned documents, reports, and customer records.

E. Bluetooth & Hardware Scanner

  • The app requires Bluetooth permissions to connect with barcode scanners and printers.
  • Only authorized devices are connected, and no unauthorized Bluetooth scanning is done.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

✅ Synchronize offline and online data for seamless workflow.
✅ Generate customer reports, scanned documents, and receipts.
✅ Connect with barcode scanners and Bluetooth printers.
✅ Improve app performance and security.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.


3. How We Protect Your Data

  • We use encryption and secure servers to protect your information.
  • Only authorized users and admins can access field data.

4. Permissions & User Consent

We only request permissions required for the app’s functionality:

  • Location Permission: Required for real-time tracking.
  • Storage Permission: Used to save scanned files and reports.
  • Bluetooth Permission: Enables connection to external devices.
  • Foreground Service: Ensures continuous operation for syncing and tracking.
  • Activity Recognition : Utilized solely to detect when a user is stationary. This information helps optimize background location tracking by reducing unnecessary updates when the device is not in motion. We do not collect or process any health, fitness, or physical activity data such as steps, running, cycling, or similar activities.

Users can revoke permissions anytime from device settings.


5. Third-Party Services

Our app may integrate with Google Maps, Firebase, or company-specific APIs for better service. These third parties have their own privacy policies.


6. Data Retention Policy

We retain user data only as long as necessary for business operations. Users can request data deletion by contacting support.
